Cookie policy
No advertising cookies. Statistics and video only if you agree.
This policy explains which cookies and similar browser technologies pillangoprod.com, operated by Pillango Productions Kft., uses and why. It follows the EU ePrivacy rules as applied in Hungary (Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications, § 155(4)) and the GDPR. How we handle personal data in general is described in our privacy notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep small pieces of information in your browser in the same way. The law treats them alike, so this policy covers all of them.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies and YouTube previews. Both buttons are equal: “Accept all” or “Necessary only”. Nothing optional is set until you choose “Accept all”, and you can change your mind at any time:
What we do not use
- No advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No social media plug-ins.
- No third-party web fonts — typefaces are served from our own host.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are needed for features you ask for, contain no personal data, and never leave your browser except where stated. Under the law they do not require consent.

- Type
- Session storage, strictly necessary for the site’s navigation
- Purpose
- Remembers, for a moment, which page you came from and the direction of travel, so the move to the next page is smooth.
- Duration
- Read and removed as soon as the next page opens; in any case deleted when you close the tab
Location favourites (local storage)
- Name
- pillango-location-favourites
- Type
- Local storage, set only when you use the feature
- Purpose
- Keeps the list of locations you mark as favourites on the location database page. It reaches us only if you choose to send it.

Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The site works without them; you will only need to enter a private project password again, your favourites list will be empty, page changes will start at the top, and the cookie banner will ask again.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to partner sites and other websites. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own cookie policy applies.
Changes
If we add or change cookies, we will update this policy first and, where consent is needed, ask for it again.
